Welcome to Radiant Axis Yoga School, where we are committed to delivering exceptional live online yoga classes.
We teach a time-tested 90-minute sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, designed to revitalize the body and quiet the mind.
This sequence gained popularity in the early 1970s, through Bikram Choudhury, who adapted it from the knowledge of his teacher, Bishnu Ghosh.
